At Specialized Office Systems, We Believe Doing Good is Good Doing!

At Specialized Office Systems, we work hard for the success we have.  We realize, especially during the current economic times that we are incredibly lucky and want to give back to the community that supports us.  Here's some of what we do:

United Cerebal Palsy

• Casual for a Cause - 2008 a Company Record was Set!
• Casual for a Cause - 2009 a New Company Record was Set...even in the midst of the recession!

Thanksgiving Food Drives

• 2009 - A new company record was set!  Over 200 lbs of canned food and 15 20lb turkeys were donated to those in need. Thanks to staff generosity, over 20 families will have a true Thanksgiving dinner!
• 2008 - More than 180 pounds of food were collected and donated to very needy area food banks

Holiday Adopt a Family

• 2009 - A family of 10 was adopted.  Team SOS donated enough gifts to make sure all of our adopted family had a great holiday!
• 2008 - A family of 11 was adopted (8 children; 3 adults).  Team SOS donated gifts to make sure that this family had a great holiday season.

Rock and Box @ St. Mary's Food Bank

• A Team from SOS helped "box" 20 skids of emergency food that comprised more than 28,000 pounds of food providing more than 28,000 meals for the less fortunate (August 2009)

 In addition, we encourage our employees to give back to the community in their own personal ways.
